This represents love
- This quilt has taken me a long time because all the heart appliques have a tiny hand embroidered motif in the centre.
- Each one was embroidered under a magnifying light so that my stitches were accurately placed and neat.
- I have worked on it over a period of two years, but not consistently – doing other stitched projects in between.
- It’s a gift for my youngest daughter who loves it.
- It represents love. Love of my craft, love of achievement and love for my daughter.
- It’s good to feel the satisfaction of completing something of which I’m proud.
