Individuality
Some cushion pads have microfibre filling but I prefer a feather inner as it’s softer and easier to shape and the cover isn’t stretched by a tight rounded filling. The one shown here is 16″ square and is one of a pair. The decoration is created by a selection of Suffolk Puffs (or yo-yos) and a hand embroidered butterfly. They’re individually made in quilting cotton. They have an envelope back for easy removal. I have two of these almost the same. They’re for sale in my shop.
This bright green rectangular cushion with felt bird shapes features a lot of hand embroidery on the birds. The surround and envelope back are pre-washed cotton. Perhaps this happy cheerful design would enhance a conservatory or add some colourful comfort to a caravan.
